The Sanctuary Gala
This year’s Sanctuary Gala is on Saturday, Sept. 28, 2024 hosted at the history Rice Hotel in Houston! The gala is our primary annual fundraising event, and we hope you’ll make plans to attend. If you are planning to be there, we encourage you to consider purchasing a table and inviting those you think would be interested in getting behind the work we are doing at The Sanctuary. - Kids 1K and 5K are chip timed.
- Parents are welcome to accompany their children on Kids 1K. Each child will be presented with a finisher's medal!
- No pets are allowed on the course.
- Strollers are welcome.
- There will be food and music before and after the race!
All registration fees are donated to The Sanctuary Foster Care Services.

2023 We the Fathers Retreat
Our 2023 We The Fathers Retreat will be on the grounds of The Lodge at Danbury for foster and adoptive dads. This will be a weekend of games, skeet shooting, and guest speakers, as well as just time to relax and retreat. All food will be provided.
