Community Resources for Foster and Adoptive Families

Counseling services are available for the whole family. SpeakHERE with your Case Manager or call the office to schedule an appointment.

We provide a 24/7 Support Line that is available for all of our licensed foster parents to support the family through any situation. A Sanctuary Clinician can come to the home or location to assist during a crisis.
Please refer to placement packet for support line number.

We know that there are times when the parents or family may need a break either for a night, a weekend, or a week. Please speak with your Case Manager for assistance with Respite and Overnight Care Providers and Babysitters.

We want all of our families to know that you are not alone! We offer an array of support such as meal trains and monthly family events such as art workshops and field days. Please see our Foster/Adopt Family Events Calendar for details.

    Basic of principles:  https://naturallifemanship.com/horsemanship/

They can work with individual families or small groups of children/teens or a small group of parents.

This can help children in foster care to build a connection. They can work as a family utilizing Natural Lifemanship principles with the horses.  The principles are designed to be transferable and compatible with how we connect in human relationships as well as emotional regulation.

The sessions are most beneficial when the parents are apart of it with the kid or teen.
